Pamela Johns, RN

Ms. M reports she experienced a panic attack overnight and Pam was patient in listening to her concerns. Pam was very kind in her communication and provided reassurance and kind words. Ms. M reports she was comforted by the motherly manner in which Pam spoke with her. Ms. M is particularly grateful for this kindness and attention in a very busy care area and would like Pam to be recognized for this.
