I had a heart Ablation, and Pamela was my recovery nurse. She was so kind and empathetic as I was quite anxious. She spent time with me and checked on me often. Several hours into recovery, my entry incision would not stop bleeding. She tried many therapies, including pressure several times, then added the weighted brick, and still, she kept trying to get the bleeding to stop. She stayed way past her staffing time to make sure I could qualify to go home.

She also requested a room for me in the hospital in case I needed to stay overnight. She was calm, competent, and very kind. This is the kind of nurse who gives wholeheartedly to her patients. I’m so grateful for the care she gave me.
