Pamela has every good quality an RN should have. Sometimes I am surprised by her patience and compassion when dealing with very difficult patients.
She shows so much passion for patient care.
Shows extreme empathy.
Extreme attention to details.
So much respect for patients and staff around.
Extremely calm/balanced all the time.
Shows great enthusiasm to learn.
Best communication skills.
Patients and families are so happy with her care. Sometimes I feel I should round with her to learn good caring skills. Frankly speaking, I have not seen an RN like her in the last year.
