Pamela Moss has a real love for her patients and understands that what we may consider "simple" things may be of utmost importance to patients and may affect patient outcomes and patient experiences as much as other factors in a patient's care.
Pamela's patient had been hospitalized for over two months. Pamela arranged for the patient to get her hair washed, cut, and straightened, along with getting a manicure and her nails done. The patient smiled for the first time in a long time which made Pamela again realize the power of nursing.
This is only one of many stories of how Pamela has gone above and beyond in nursing. Pamela does not think she does anything more than other nurses. As a humble practitioner, she is an asset to all patients she serves and to Vidant Medical Center.
