I have never met such a wonderful caring lady as Pam. When my mother came to her floor I noticed a nurse who had so much compassion and love for her job it definitely lit up the room! She would tell me, "it's my job and I don't notice it because I do this daily with everyone". She would always encourage my mom and gave her the strength of words my mom needed to hear.
As I would say Pam was her Guardian Angel and I meant it. She had a heart of solid gold for her patients and before my mom left Pam took it upon herself to make her look pretty by giving her a shower and doing her hair. (mind you, bringing her own stuff). As I watched Pam so many times I had to turn away because it had brought tears to my eyes to see such compassion she had for my mom. Pam was not only a blessing to myself and my mom but my whole family noticed what a gift Pam had.
When my mom is back on her feet 100% I'll bring her to see Pam! What an amazing nurse. I thank you for taking such great care of my mom.
