As a first-time mom, Pam has made my labor and delivery experience smooth and easy. I am just grateful that Pam was my nurse that morning. I was very nervous as it was the first time I was in a hospital as a patient. As a nurse myself, I've realized how much impact that nurses have on patients. I have renewed love and respect for our job. My labor and delivery experience is all the more memorable because Pam helped me feel less nervous. I really appreciate that she stayed, hugged and held my hand during my epidural induction. Pam is in the right profession and has the heart and compassion that will help patients heal faster physically and emotionally. Thank you so much, Pam!

Pamela is a perfect example of what a nurse should be. She shows extensive knowledge in her field. She has a wonderful bedside manner and is very professional. I first met Pamela at St. Bernardine Medical Center in 2014 when I was pregnant with my first child. Being as it was my first pregnancy, I was nervous, scared and didn't know what to expect. Pamela was very comforting and made me feel that everything would be ok, which thank God it was. Then again in 2015, she was there when I came in for the emergency delivery of my second child. She was a welcome face to see in such a situation. And now it's 2019 and I'm having my 3rd child. I came into the L&D department to find she still works here. I believe Pam is a true DAISY Nurse and should be recognized for her merit and great ability as a nurse. It's obvious she enjoys her job, is good at it and she deserves to be honored for that.
