I have worked with Pam for more than twenty years as a dialysis nurse. Pam is an exceptional nurse who is committed to assisting each patient with her best. Pam is an exemplary nurse whose focus is to ease the chronic disease burden for the dialysis patients. Her years as a dialysis nurse experience coupled with her wealth of knowledge has ultimately made her the cornerstone nurse in the Linden dialysis unit. Pam is always available, approachable to support any nurse and the Linden dialysis unit to achieve any goal. Pam holds herself to the highest standard her profession has to offer, she exemplifies nursing.

Pam has been the Kidney Transplant Designee for the Linden dialysis unit for many years. Her vision and advocacy are proof for multiple kidney transplant recipients from the Linden dialysis unit. Most people who have received kidney transplantation who used to dialyze in Linden were all through Pam’s efforts. A recent kidney transplant recipient (Mr. P) called my office to express her profound appreciation to have Pam pushing her to go for a kidney transplant evaluation. Mr. P stated, “Nurse Pam is a God-sent angel to me & I thank her so much”. 

Despite a personal tragedy in Pam’s life during the Covid pandemic, she remained dedicated to our dialysis patients.  She remains steadfastly passionate, dedicated, and gracefully working to improve the lives of our dialysis patients with her unwavering commitment to her nursing service.
