Pam was both friendly and professional. She reassured me about my condition and was right on time with all my needs. This is the first time in more than 40 years that my back was rubbed, mouth care, and my heels were done while I was a patient in the hospital. She also went over my meds with me and printed them out so I could see the side effects. She is an excellent nurse and her bedside manner was excellent.
