Pam was my preceptor at HMC Infusion. Pam is kind, respectful, and compassionate. She mentored me and guided me through my entire orientation. I have learned so much from Pam. She never showed frustration, instead, Pam always encouraged and cheered me on. I have been a nurse for over 20 years and have never experienced such a professional orientation. It is so evident that Pam loves what she does. She cares about her patients and coworkers. Oncology can be very stressful, however, Pam remains even-tempered and professional at all times. Working alongside Pam brings joy and enthusiasm to our entire unit.
