My sister is a 49-year-old who is non-verbal, can’t walk, move her arms, and can only move her head. I came here for over 30 days to check on her and every time I visited on Pam’s shifts, my sister would be turned properly and clean. It was a joy to have Pam take care of my sister and really care about her as a person and not just about the job and getting paid. Pam made me feel like she was safe, and I appreciate that from the bottom of my heart.
