Pamela Terrazas, RN

There are no words to describe the service Pamela provided. She made me feel safe, comfortable, and free to express any concerns that I might have. I feel she went above and beyond. I never had to call for anything, she constantly asked if I needed anything and checked on me every hour, felt like every minute. I’ve been an MCH patient before and the service provided there the past couple of days is the best I have ever received from a nurse. I thank god for people like you. It takes a person with a serving/loving heart to do the job you do.
