We were having issues with a patient and I was so grateful, despite the busy day we had at CHLA, Pam was able to help me troubleshoot the issue and help facilitate communication amongst MDs which contributed to the patient going to OR for IV access. Pam went above and beyond and utilized her expertise so she could provide me with multiple suggestions and ideas on what to do, followed up with me after specific interventions were discussed and being able to provide information to open up communication with PICU and surgery service to reach an action plan for this patient.
