Pamela es una persona súper humana, a mi abuelita e tocó operación, acudimos a FUSAT por primera vez, ya que nos derivaron ahí como 2° prestador, por supuesto estábamos preocupados, porque además tiene problemas severos de audición.

Pamela desde el minuto 1 fue muy amable, muy preocupada, nos entregó información oportuna, de calidad, incluso mostró preocupación por cómo estábamos nosotros, los que nos generó una tranquilidad impagable.

Después, al salir de cirugía, mi abuelita nos contó que ella siempre estuvo a su lado, le daba la mano, la tranquilizaba. Creo que mi abuelita en mejores manos no pudo quedar, esto generó incluso una buena impresión de la clínica como tal, definitivamente seguiremos siendo pacientes acá.

Pamela is an incredibly compassionate person. My grandmother had to undergo surgery, and we went to FUSAT for the first time because we were referred there as a secondary provider. Of course, we were worried, especially because she also has severe hearing problems.

From the very first minute, Pamela was extremely kind and caring. She provided us with timely, high-quality information and even showed concern for how we were doing, which gave us an invaluable sense of reassurance.

After the surgery, when my grandmother came out, she told us that Pamela had stayed by her side the entire time, holding her hand and reassuring her. I truly don't think my grandmother could have been in better hands. This experience even left us with a very positive impression of the clinic as a whole. We will definitely continue to be patients here.
