I had surgery for a bladder lift and a complete hysterectomy. I was on the 3rd floor, where they keep patients like me. Because of the limited number of rooms available, they asked me to move to the 2nd floor. Pam was my nurse, and the moment she opened her mouth, I felt kindness, helpfulness, and love for her job. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. Even though she was not familiar with what I needed, she went over and beyond her normal duties (as a mother-baby nurse) to make sure I had everything I needed concerning my surgery. All the nurses were very good, but she was outstanding!
