While on family vacation, my husband developed meningitis/encephalitis. My husband needed an LP and MRI, two things he is terrified of and has trouble getting physically comfortable for. Pam held his hand and talked to him through the entire LP process to help him get the tests he needed. She took time to listen, was incredibly empathetic, and made him as comfortable as possible through his stay in MICU. She worked hard to keep us informed and showed compassion for our situation. Pam is an absolute angel! We cannot thank her enough!!!
