In the world where we are at the moment, it is not easy to say thank you or well done BUT my visit for my pre-op assessment certainly deserves a massive thank you and well done to Pamella. She demonstrated all your values below but, more importantly to me, she treated me kindly and respectfully and went out of her way to look after me and answer all my questions in a manner I could understand. Pamella was a credit, not only to herself but also to UHCW. Her friendly manner made me feel I have known her for years, which put me at ease with the test and operation to follow. Thanks again.
