Pam always goes the extra mile to care for her patients which range from newly delivered mothers to fresh post-op patients. The patient who recognized Pam noticed her gentle compassion and the care she took to anticipate the patient's every need from preparing a cool cloth to help with her nausea to providing her with a warm blanket. The patient stated Pam made her feel as if she was her only patient despite having other patients to care for. This patient felt that Pam went above and beyond her normal nursing duties to assist her in all her needs with a kind and caring attitude.
