Panagiota "Penny" L Kountouri, RN

Penny is compassionate and empathetic.  She showed me true kindness and concern.  It is rare that an RN will ask you if you are ok and, "How are you dealing with your stay, symptoms, tests, and care plan?"  She was always on time with my medications.  I had to receive a blood transfusion and for medical reasons I was terrified.  Penny comforted me and made the process more comfortable for me.  She is kind, compassionate, caring, and a wonderful nurse.  She is a wonderful person.
