Param Palane, RN

My nurse Param is an amazing nurse. She took over my care and I was blessed to have her as my nurse during the day. I have previously had Param as my nurse a few months earlier and she was amazing then, too. Param is sweet, caring, and knowledgeable. she knows why I was admitted and she made sure I received all of my medications on time or she contacted the pharmacy to get them. Param knew that I was in pain and she always appeared in my room right as my pain medications were due - which kept me as comfortable as possible. Param took the time to explain what she was doing and why whenever she entered my room. Param made sure I was comfortable as I could be and never in need of anything! You have an outstanding nurse in Param- Kaiser is lucky to have her. She has a special way of making you feel as calm as you can be, just by being herself. If I am ever admitted to Kaiser again, I hope Param can be assigned as my nurse. She always provides excellent care. Thank you!
