There is not only one thing that makes Parvana outstanding. It is everything. She is kind, patient, caring, and compassionate. Mom has been here almost five weeks, and Parvana has been by far the most amazing nurse. She is the only one who constantly keeps me updated and communicates with me about Mom's well-being without me even asking. I feel like she has been an advocate for Mom and myself. One specific evening when mom had a situation, Parvana called me to let me know. I asked if I should come or not. She said no, it wasn’t necessary. I came anyway, and I was shocked that when she saw me, she thanked me for coming! She said she had told me no because she knew I was tired and stressed. She actually thanked me for coming to see my mother.

From the beginning of my stay, Parvina has been nothing but attentive and caring about my needs. Even on my worst days, Parvina always puts a smile on my face.
