Pat Coates works as our full-time evening ED Case Manager and is simply phenomenal. In addition to her numerous ED Case Management responsibilities, Pat is often tasked with many unrelated duties. She has never said, "it's not my job" and walks the walk when it comes to the SSM Mission and Values. Pat does the right thing over and over again without the recognition she deserves. The dedication and care displayed by her actions exemplify the true meaning of the DAISY Award.
