I was a patient on the 6th floor a few months ago and Pat found out my eye glasses were broken. I told her the staff did not break them I did before I came to the hospital. I didn't have anyone to get them to the eye doctor to be fixed. Pat took them to be fixed and brought them back the next day. I am very grateful for this kind act. Pat did not have to do this but because she cares about the patients she did. This is what a good nurse does.
