Though Patchaya has taken care for patients only 8 years, she gave herself opportunities to look after different types of ICU patients. This includes psychiatric patients who had suffered from both mental and physical problems. She once had taken care the psychiatric patient who used drugs and could not control himself, he did not know and try to escape, Patchaya had tried to help him and it made her slightly injured. Patchaya had chosen to continue nursing job without selecting any single case. She still gives nursing care to all severe cases and uses her kindness plus empathy with patient constantly.
