I was scheduled for outpatient surgery at MRMC and unfortunately, it didn't go as planned, and I was admitted to the 2nd floor Surgical Telemetry unit afterward. All the nurses were very friendly and attentive. However, there was one nurse who stood out among the others. Patrice Frierson was not only attentive but went above and beyond what was expected.
Nurse Patrice was very informative and put me and my wife at ease about what was happening. If we had any questions, she would contact my doctor for the answers. Even, while working 12-hours shifts her demeanor was always very friendly and pleasant. Patrice projected the attitude that the patient always comes first. Patrice projects the best of Bon Secours nursing staff.
