Patrice goes above and beyond for not only her residents but for her employees/co-workers. She genuinely cares about the residents under her care and all staff. She never hesitates to jump in and help CNAs if we are falling behind. If a call light goes off while we are all trying to chart, she says finish charting and she gets it for us. Patrice takes the time to listen and talk with her residents. Patrice also finds joy in doing special things for residents and her staff and takes pride in her floor. She is always smiling and laughing with everyone and truly cares about the residents' comfort.
