Patricia Anderson, MSN, RN

Patricia Anderson is our first DAISY award, faculty recipient. Mrs. Anderson has been a nurse since 1962 and started at the former Ohio Valley Hospital. She started at Trinity Health System as a staff/charge Registered Nurse in the obstetrical department. Mrs. Anderson then accepted a position as an instructor at the School of Nursing in 1974, where she today continues to share her knowledge, enhance students' potential, and help them achieve their dream of becoming Registered Nurses. She has helped mold countless nursing students, throughout the tri-state area and enjoys her job. Seven of her students nominated her for the award, and their nominations were read aloud and shared with those in attendance. Hospital staff, the School of Nursing faculty, students, and Mrs. Anderson's family were present to see her receive her distinguished award. We are honored to have Mrs. Anderson as a part of our team.
