Anne was always cheerful when she came into my room! She took the time to explain all of the medications and completed my every request.

She treated me with respect, she was always polite and had a good sense of humor. She did not make me feel like some burdensome old lady.

Anne made my stay very pleasant, and I hate being in the hospital.
