I have been a patient here in McAllen for many years and have had lots of different nurse over the years. Ms. Flores has helped me and has always been able to assist me in getting my needs met. She always has a smile on her face and finds a way to calm me when I am upset because of other issues, I am having with my healthcare. She is always there for me. She has greatly impacted my healthcare for the positive. She is a great nurse.
