There have been so many instances where Trisha has worked with staff and leadership to improve patient safety, satisfaction, and outcomes. She uses her expertise to orient new hires and continues to act as a resource for clinical issues. Trisha has come to the hospital on her day off to attend meetings and to train others. She always volunteers to take the lead on projects and is a strong voice for the nursing staff at Newport Hospital. She brings dedication, loyalty, and heart to her patients; she is a pleasure to work with and a dedicated patient advocate.
