Patti was born to be a nurse! She has the gift of unconditional compassion and empathy. She knows how to respond, and through her communication and listening, is able to reduce a patient’s anxiety. This gift of compassion and empathy provided me with a sense of calmness on the day of my procedure. It takes a special person to be an extraordinary nurse, and Patti is one of those people who has found her calling in life!
