As soon as my mother was admitted, Patricia was the receiving nurse. Her attentiveness and knowledge comforted us. She continued to show compassion and concern for my mother and our family. She never made us feel hopeless. And if our large family annoyed her, she never showed it. Her presence during our desperate time was a Godsend.
