Patricia Ducre, LPN

Patricia Ducre is everything you want in a nurse. She has a very kind, gentle and caring way about her. The residents she works with have Dementia and can be difficult at times to work with. She is able to keep residents feeling calm and safe. Patricia is very knowledgeable with her nursing practice. She has gone above and beyond to learn our systems and to do her job well. She truly cares about the residents she is in charge of and they can feel it. She is a gift to nursing.
