Patty Dye is the definition of a true team player! I have chosen to nominate her for this award because she is so well rounded and serves as a resource person to all in our unit in more than just patient care! Patty knows and does it all! She is our unit's go-to resource for knowledge on everything from policy and procedure to IT issues. In the rare circumstance that Patty does not know an answer, you can guarantee that she will tirelessly pursue the issue until an answer/solution is found! Patty deserves to be recognized for the excellent care she provides her patients and the support that she gives to all on our unit!
