Patty was nominated by a fellow nurse who had the opportunity to have Patty as her lactation consultant multiple times. She says "Patty is by far one of the most caring, compassionate, and patient nurses I have ever met. She is incredibly patient and encouraging."

After her second child was born, Patty visited her multiple times and she called Patty several times to make sure the game plan they worked on together was working. She comments that "every time I felt like giving up, Patty was there to give the hope and encouragement needed to continue to give my baby the best possible nutrition. Patty is an amazing and special RN who does so much to make sure to keep her mothers and babies happy and healthy."
