Patricia Ford, MSN, RN

Patricia has recently celebrated her 50th year in nursing. Along the way she has mentored many of her fellow coworkers and has served as a role model as a nurse and as a Christian. She is active in her community as well as within the organizations where she leads others as CNO. Patricia advocates for nursing excellence and patient safety at all times. Throughout her career, she has never shied away from a challenge and has always been beside her team during adverse times. When we are threatened by natural disasters or experiencing one, Patricia is boots on the ground. She's taken patients and slept in the hospital for several days. She is an amazing leader and I am proud to have learned from her over the years. She has shaped me into the professional that I am and has taken care of me as a patient.
