Patricia is one of the pillars of CVICU. She has been an ICU nurse for many years making her a rock-solid bedside nurse. Her critical thinking and technical skills are truly admirable, especially in emergency situations. She is highly dependable, reliable, and confident that a co-worker wouldn't feel alone more so when the need arises. Pat is an advocate for the patients and their families. She expresses her opinions and perspectives for the benefit of the patients. She is also a good advocate for her co-workers, especially new nurses. She makes sensible decisions that are fair and reasonable.
