Every day that Pat had our daughter as a patient we knew she was in great hands. Pat went above and beyond while caring for her and was always very straight forward with us. Pat was very concerned for us and was there to give advice and let us know we were okay to make decisions for our daughter. She sat down with us and explained feeding options. She also sat down with us and told us we needed time for 'us' while our daughter was here. She helped us cope. Pat always took the extra time out of her day to talk to us. I don't think we would be as emotionally stable as we are for having a baby in the NICU for three weeks without Pat as one of her main nurses. We will be forever grateful for Pat; she has been a true blessing.
