I've been struggling to find a good fitting nurse since I started with ACMC, now Carris Health in 2014 as a provider. When I moved over to Willmar, I initially doubted Pat but later found that she is very reliable and will go the extra mile to help me be productive. She arrives early, works through lunch, and stays past 5 pm if needed even for an added-on patient that I approved. I don't see her feeling bad for the extra work she has to do for me. She also has the common sense I need from a nurse to make harmless decisions for me like telling the patient they have to come in to make an appointment instead of calling or messaging in. She knows how to help me be efficient with time and schedule to make everything flow smoothly even with a busy schedule.
