Pat is the manager on the LDRP unit. She was the most compassionate lady explaining the needs of our daughter. She made herself available to us and our family when we needed answers to questions on our daughter’s condition. When our daughter delivered she was right there. Pat helped with the delivery because the Dr. hadn’t gotten to the hospital in time. Knowing that our granddaughter had already passed away before delivery, she still made sure that the delivery was her top priority. Pat made our daughter’s stay during this most difficult time easier. Even when she moved to the ICU unit, she came down and saw her and checked on her condition. Thank you so much Pat.
