Pat took such good care of us during our daughter's delivery. She was so kind and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable as a patient while also ensuring I was clean and safe, and that my dignity and worth as a human were respected. Pat shared that her mom told her, when she became a nurse, to always treat her patients the way she would want her mom treated in bed; otherwise, it was time to leave nursing, and she has been a nurse for over 25 years. This story not only stuck with us but also showed how Pat cared for us during our inpatient stay.
