My mom was recently admitted to the hospital and after many tests and scans, it was determined that she was terminally ill. It was a shocking and sad time. All of the staff was amazing as they cared for my mom (and me too in my sadness), but Patricia truly stands out in my mind! She was so kind, gentle, and caring. Always attentive to any needs and always explaining what she was doing and why when it was appropriate. Obviously checking blood pressure and other vitals was pretty self-explanatory, but some of the other procedures for her safety and comfort were not and she wanted both of us to feel comfortable and informed. You should be very proud of your entire staff from doctors to food service to cleaning people. They all went above and beyond to make her stay the best experience possible in a difficult situation.
