Patti made me feel like I had an advocate instead of just a nurse. If I had a problem or was upset, when I told her, she would find Dr. H and explain the problem. She would also peak in on me between other patients. Patti also would explain things to me in a way I would understand, and this made me feel cared for. She went way over what she had to!
