I'd like to take this time to thank Ms. Patty for the care she gave to my mother during one of the hardest times that my family and I had to experience. Understanding that it's a team effort when doing this kind of work and for that, I'd like to thank all the staff here who played a part in caring for my mother during the ending of her journey.

Ms. Patty stood out to me not just because she does her job, but it was the love that she showed to my mom and the family as well. Taking measures that she didn't have to, but yet still performed her duties. It takes special people to do this job and she is extra special. She cared for my mom with such gentleness and caring attitude as if it was her mom and even extending herself to show comfort to me and my family when our tears took over.

Out of all the places my mom has been, Chippenham was the best and with the best staff on the job. The Gifts from God are the gifts that out weight all others and my family and I were blessed with the best of all during this time. Thank you for keeping my mom comfortable and pulling out every possible means for her care.

Although God had other plans and questioning him is not an option, I know in my heart that he allowed the best people to care for his Child and as a witness, I couldn't have asked for and received better. So, Patty Ferguson, thank you for the awesome care you gave my mom. May God bless you and your gifts all the days of your life.
