The reason I nominate Ms. Manley is that she is an excellent nurse. She treats her patients with compassion and respect, and if needed, she always lends a helping hand to assist in making the patient feel better. If she passes by a patient room and sees something out of order, she goes in and does what needs to be done.

The reason why I am nominating Ms. Manley is that she is truly an outstanding staff member. I have worked with her for the past 24 years, and she is always on top of her game. She knows what it means to be a team player. I mean a team player! She is one of the best nurses that I have ever worked with, because of her HARD and diligent work. Furthermore, she has been working hard as a nurse for 42 years and is very helpful – truly a great leader. I truly believe that she is well overdue to receive an award and recognition for the amazing work she does. Yes, I sincerely do believe that and hope that after 42 years of excellent work, we can honor her with the DAISY award.
