Patricia is an extraordinary nurse! A nurse every co-worker wants and needs to work with. Since she has become my co-worker, I have found someone to truly look up to as a role model. She comes to work with a smile on, and although she may be gritting teeth, goes home with a smile on. She is here for her patients and does not delegate any task that she is able to do, unless absolutely necessary. She will answer any question, and if she doesn't know the answer, will find it. Patricia also knows every patient in the buildingby face and name, not by name and chart.
