Patti came back to work in the ICU after being away in the Cath Lab. Upon returning, Patti noticed the need for education in the ICU. Patti reached out to vendors and started setting up some classes. Once this started, other areas were identified. Patti reached out and was able to engage physicians and set up multiple classes! We have improved our unit education because of Patti and her hard work. Patti first and foremost is always a Patient Advocate, keeping the patient first.
