I came to the ER having a severe asthma attack. My nurse Patty Parish was awesome. She checked on me often. I was very scared because I had not had an asthma attack of this severity. I was told at 2 am I was being admitted to the hospital.
Patty did everything she could to make me comfortable. I even cried because I soiled my pants and Patty helped me to not be embarrassed about it. She made sure I had a Foley put in before they took me to CT.
Patty went above and beyond to keep me calm and not get upset with everything that had gone wrong. She had her hands full that night, but she took great care of me.
