Last week a patient from April of 2020 called PST looking for a new COVID vaccine card. He had received J&J and needed a vaccine card to go to a museum that day. This was an elderly man. Patricia proceeded to go into sunrise and Alpha to find out the lot number and other vaccine info so pharmacy could give him another card. We could not find the information, so we called the patient back and tried to talk him through getting an excelsior pass. He did not understand. Patricia then did it for him, took a picture of it, and texted it to the patient. He was so grateful for her help and that he could go to the museum.
