Patricia "Patti" Eaglehouse, RN

Patricia is someone who goes above and beyond for her patients. She had a very busy night and had to stay over to finish her charting. She was caring for a comfort care patient who was nearing the end of life. The family was by the patient’s side for a few days and didn't want to leave him alone. Patricia finished her charting in the patient room so the family could step out. She played music, sang to the patient, and made sure he was comfortable. The patient ended up expiring while she was in the room. She was able to notify the family and let them know that the patient passed comfortably and that she was with him when he took his last breath. This is just ONE example of Patricia going above and beyond for her patients.
