Patricia Ponzetti, RN

Patricia is so knowledgeable and personable. We all had a strong sense that she really cares about her patients and always had my mom’s best interest at heart. She was very informative. She made the process of bringing her home so much easier.

We were so grateful for her help. She took extra time to review every detail of my mom’s discharge medication list and her discharge instructions. She was so easy to talk to about all our concerns. She made us feel comfortable asking all our questions. She had the answers, or she quickly found the answers to each of our many questions.

I felt blessed that Patricia cared for my mom during her stay in rehab. Patricia should be the role model for all nurses working in this unit. The way she takes care of her patients and talks to their families is exceptional. We really appreciate everything she has done for us and the care she provided to our mom.
